About The IVF Nurse
Hello, my name is Natalie Castillo-Rubio
I am a fertility nurse with over 20 years of experience working closely with a wide range of patients, including egg donors and surrogates. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of assisting with hundreds of procedures—egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies—and in doing so, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the IVF process and how to best support patients through this uniquely sensitive journey.

​In addition to my experience as a nurse, I had the profound honor of becoming a surrogate for one of my dearest patients. That journey gave me the rare opportunity to truly see the process through the eyes of a patient—an experience that deepened the compassion and insight I bring to every interaction, and continues to shape the care I provide today.

Over the years, I have recognized a growing need for more personalized, comprehensive support for fertility patients. That’s why I created The IVF Nurse—to offer one-on-one, uninterrupted conversations that empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence they need throughout their fertility treatment. My goal is to make this process a little easier, one session at a time, by sharing the insight and care that only experience can bring.

In-person or virtual consultations provide a detailed, step-by-step overview of each injectable medication for your upcoming cycle.
In-Person Injection Assistance
Single or full-cycle injection assistance- including stimulation meds for egg retrieval cycles, trigger injections and Progesterone and Estradiol meds for Transfer cycles.
